Returns & Refund Policy

  • Thank you for choosing to shop through Value Remit. This section of Returns and Refunds is related to the items shopped through our various e-commerce partners, showcasing their products on our portal.

    CROSS BORDER SHIPMENTS:

    Please note all sales of items purchased through our e-commerce portal (needing international delivery) shall be considered final and no cancelation / amendment of the purchased items shall be allowed. For any complaints / queries, please contact +971-7203-1234 or email at cs@value-remit.com

    LOCAL SHIPMENTS:

    All items purchased through our online portal needing delivery in the country of purchase shall be allowed 48 hours return warranty (except as specified by specific vendors / ecommerce players). Appended below return process needs to be followed:

    1-      Immediately call +971-7203-1234 or place query on cs@value-remit.com

    2-      You will be promptly notified about the address where the package needs to be shipped back

    3-      Shipping charges to be on beneficiary’s account

    4-      Upon receipt of returned package, the same shall be checked for basic quality and condition

    5-      In case all aspects of returned package are in order the refund shall be processed within 5 working days.

    6-      The actual credit in your bank account or card shall take due time (from 15 days to 30 days) as per credit card refund processes

    7-      You can track status of return and refund by contacting us through cs@value-remit.com

    REFUNDS FOR KHAADIM SERVICES

    If an order comes up for cancellation on request from client, Value Remit will deduct 30% of the order value as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded. If any extra quote amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.
